Do you test every product yourselves?
No. Our pages are research reviews unless they explicitly describe testing by Worth Buying Canada. We distinguish published specifications, attributed outside tests, owner accounts and our own calculations. Product photographs are not proof that we used the item.
How do you choose recommendations?
We start with the task, compare exact configurations and explain the trade-offs. A product may fit one situation well and be unsuitable for another. Numbering helps organize a shortlist; it is not a controlled performance ranking. Read the reasons and limits beside the product, and see How We Rate Products.
What does evidence strength tell me?
It concerns support for a particular statement, not a promise of quality. A manual can establish an operating limit without proving durability. An independent test applies to the tested model and conditions. An owner’s account can be informative without predicting your experience or a typical failure rate.
Are the prices and availability current?
Dated offer notes describe what was checked on that date. A page’s later editorial update does not make an old price or stock observation current. Confirm the selected model, size, package, seller, delivery, warranty and return terms at the retailer before buying.
Why does the exact model matter?
Related products can use different components or include different accessories. A kit may include batteries that a tool-only offer omits. A review of an older generation, a different clothing fit or another regional version does not automatically establish the performance of the item in your cart.
Do commissions affect the recommendation?
